How we check
Each visa and entry rule links to its official source. Check the rule for your passport here, then apply or confirm your situation on the government website.
01
Where the information comes from
Our destination and passport records cite immigration authorities, government portals and embassies. Follow the source links to read the original instructions yourself.
02
Who it's for
The checker covers adults travelling as tourists on ordinary passports. Where you live, visas you already hold, dual nationality, past travel and the way you arrive can all change the answer, so we keep those conditions next to the guidance.
03
Each requirement on its own
A visa, an arrival form and a travel authorization do different jobs. We list them separately, and apart from onward travel, insurance, customs, health and other entry conditions.
04
What the date means
The checked date comes from our source record and shows when the information was last checked. It isn't a guarantee that the rule will stay the same until your trip, so look at the official instructions again before you travel.
05
When we're not sure
If we haven't confirmed the visa rule for a passport, the page says so and shows the information and official links we do have. A missing answer doesn't mean you can travel without a visa. We also keep those pages out of search engines.
